So hey. I’m Joe Cam. I, uh. I do things. Primarily I’m the host of The SML Podcast. Everything below this intro section is old but I’m going to keep it. Why? Laziness, baby.
I’ve run The SML Podcast for over 13 years with more former hosts than present listeners. And it legit doesn’t matter when you read this, it’ll still be true. If you’re reading to see if we’re legit, we are. I legitimately have spent over a decade on a show nobody listens to, but I spent years before that on music nobody listened to, so I’m good with that.
I have a wife and ton of cats. I love them all dearly. I turned 45 this month and life is kind of hitting me, so I felt an update here would do good. I don’t know WHAT good, but here it is I guess.

A ton of years ago, I used to do music. Horribly. Well, I sang, didn’t actually do music, but I sucked. So then I rapped. And still sucked. None of that matters. I mean, if you REALLY wanna hear some of my hot garbage, you can click here and enjoy. I’m too lazy to make a zip of everything, so do whatever. Abuse all the music I have uploaded if you really want. You know how web directories work.
Another thing is about a decade ago, I did an EarthBound remix project called Bound Together that people loved. You can access that by clicking HERE. I’d have a header link for that, but I can’t website, so I need to hit up my sexy baby mama to do that for me. Go check it out. Tons of GOOD music (and one shitty track with me that made it to OCR) all for free!
Most importantly, in 2013 I started a podcast with my friends Jason Bogert and Tim Robinson. I’d link them, but look how many links I made already. I’m lazy, folks. Plus Boge doesn’t have anything to link really. Anyway, the show evolved into having different co-hosts including Kris Huber until it ended in March 2015. Our show, The SML Podcast, was 110 episodes of pure stupidity with great guests. As of this writing, I’m planning to start a new podcast and I’m torn between keeping it The SML Podcast, or starting over. Whatever choice I’ve made, please read the correct paragraph below.
2024 Update: Yeah, still doing SML. Over 1000 episodes now. I only update this page once a decade though, so enjoy this update. It’s over now.
So yeah. That’s me. I also have cats. Be prepared to see cats here (Whoops, show took over.). Because cats. Piddles is our oldest, and fattest. Peaches is a bitch and I affectionately call her bitchface. Punk is a punk and was named after CM Punk, best in the world in WWE and hopefully good in UFC. Potato is a dumb. Just, like, legit stupid. And adorable. Lastly, Cole Train is my baby and the only one not named with a P. Instead, a tiny female kitten was named after a jacked black Thrashball player from Gears of War.
2026 Update: Still at 14 Cats. Two outside. We lost Cocoa from outside, which hurt a lot. She was so pretty. Her, Peaches, and Kitty are all together.
