Ian Davis and Chris Taylor join the show to kick things off with some news on the current Innovators Sale on PSN with sales on many titles we’ve covered on this show over! Then Chris gives us his review of The Legend of Kusakari from Nnooo & Librage, an action puzzle game featuring the legendary landscaper tasked to keep the grass cut for the hero.
Chris heads out as we continue on with our Featured Games! Assetto Corsa from Kunos Simulazioni and 505 Games is a racing sim for the most hardcore of racing sim fans. Nebulous from Namazu Studios is a contraption style puzzle game with a cool VR perspective. CJ Greenwood previews The Other 99, an early access game from Burning Arrow and Deck 13 where you need to outlast the other 99 people on the island. Hue from Fiddlesticks and Curve Digital is a gorgeous puzzle platformer where changing colors changes the world.
Finally, after a brief intermission, Tony Gowland of Ant Workshop joins the show to talk about this new game Binaries. We cover the development of this brutally tough puzzle platformer where you control two colored balls across 100 dual colored stages. Start to finish sounds easy, but this game is evil. Oh. And 10 jokes.
